... Complete at least 80% of their scribbler project.
1. Some of your non-objectives were missing in my teacher folder. I know some of you have done them, but some of you I am not so sure ever actually completed three...
If you are on this list talk to me! Tell me if you turn them in. Make sure they are labeled with your name and say non-objective.

2. Please show me your sketches and/or paragraph fro your Logo project. There were three parts to this project: the logo, the paragraph describing the product/business you invented the logo for, and three different sketches of your product or business.
3. Tomorrow is last day for class time for scribbler project!!!
Remember to make each part separately in scribbler and then combine them in photoshop.
What are your dimensions for your Scribbler image in Photoshop? Are they unique? Something different?

ASSIGNMENT COMPREHENSION-
|
Final image is a collage of
multiple(at least 6) drawings created on Scribbler in Photoshop. There is a
unique composition, whether it is non-objective or objective.
|
Has met some of project
requirements. Not many drawings created in scribbler (3-5). Compositional elements
not strongly present in image.
|
There is little to no evidence
of required criteria. Not enough evidence of understanding of Scribbler or combining
them in Photoshop.
|
CREATIVITY
Expression of ideas
|
The image is unique and
creative! Student took risks to be different, thought outside the box to
create original images in Scribbler. Student let go and let the scribbly
style be present. Other small details were added in Photoshop using different
new tools and techniques in unique ways to combine the images to create one
unified interesting image. Their piece does not look like anyone else’s and hasn’t
been seen before. Viewer is intrigued and wants to look longer at the image.
|
Image is not very detailed and
is fairly mainstream, stereotypical, or predictable; student was not very
unique, or image has been seen before. Piece is too plain and not many risks
were taken to try new scribbly style.
|
No risk was taken to be
different. There were too few details in the final product and it was not unique at all. Not intriguing
to the viewer.
|
CRAFTSMANSHIP
|
Image is uniform with all scribbler
images blended well and nothing looking too out of place. Images are crisp
and clear. Nothing stands out as too blurry, pixelated, bothersome, confusing,
or sharp edges that don’t connect. If image is objective it is easy to
understand what the image is supposed to be. Dimensions of project are
unique, not just a stereotypical square or paper size. Rule of thirds is
taken in to account, as well as other compositional elements like high contrast,
emphasis, movement, balance, space, variety of lines, value, and color.
|
Image is not as uniform as it
could be due to parts that stand out as too blurry, edges that don’t connect,
or color or line style. Image is a little confusing because things blend or
are too messy. Not much contrast, movement,
balance, value, line or emphasis in
image.
|
Craftsmanship interferes too
much with comprehension of image and the artist’s communication with viewer
is lost. Image is too blocky, pixelated, not uniform, and not clear. No
compositional elements taken in to account.

in critique. No writing.
